Chef
We are looking for a chef to join our team creating pub classics and world influenced dishes from scratch using great ingredients.
Ideally you will have experience in all core areas of the kitchen, be able to work under pressure, take instruction and want to be part of a professional hard working team.
A good knowledge of health and hygiene, efficient use of product and spoken English are essential.We are looking for a line chef to join our team producing high quality pub food using locally supplied fresh produce.
Requirements:
- Be energetic, organised and focused
- Have experience of working in a busy kitchen
- Have a good knowledge of health and hygiene
