You’ll use your excellent communication skills to explain our services, assist with debt restructuring, and guide customers towards finding the best solutions for their financial situations. A telesales is a company representative that contacts the existing or potential prospects with the intention of closing a sale. Given the nature of their job, they ought to have excellent communication skills and the ability to inform and pursue the potential prospect.
Requirements -
· Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales
· Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
· Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
· Excellent knowledge of English
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
· Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
· Excellent phone and presentation skills
Job Role:
· Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about the product or service.
