Position Summary The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) provides strategic and operational human resources support to leaders and employees across the organization. As a key member of the HR team, the HRBP promotes collaboration across HR functions, supports organizational effectiveness, and contributes to a positive workplace culture aligned with organizational goals and values. Qualifications Education * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Leadership or Psychology Certification * Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation is considered an asset.
