Rattaché(e) à la DRH, vous jouez un rôle central dans la gestion administrative des collaborateurs, la fiabilité des données RH, le pilotage des outils SIRH, et le bon déroulement de la paie en lien avec notre prestataire externe. Vos missions : Superviser le processus paie en lien avec le prestataire externe : collecte et fiabilisation des variables, contrôle des bulletins, suivi des déclarations sociales. Gérer l’administration du personnel : contrats, avenants, affiliations, absences, sorties, etc. Assurer la gestion, l’évolution et l’exploitation du SIRH (paramétrage, support utilisateurs, qualité des données). Mettre en place et suivre les indicateurs RH : tableaux de bord sociaux, reporting mensuel, etc. Participer aux projets RH transverses : dématérialisation, audits, amélioration continue. Être un point de contact clé pour les managers et les collaborateurs sur les sujets administratifs. Qualifications Idéalement de formation supérieure (Bac+4/5) de type Université et/ou Ecole de Commerce, vous disposez de 7 ans d'expérience minimum sur un poste dédié à la paie et l'ADP. Vous avez déjà mis en place un nouvel outil SIRH et managé une équipe de gestionnaires. Vous possédez une connaissance approfondie de l’ensemble du processus de paie, depuis la collecte des variables jusqu’au contrôle des bulletins, ainsi qu'une bonne maîtrise des outils SIRH et d’Excel. La connaissance du logiciel Silae constitue un atout supplémentaire.
