Vos missions principales : - Participation à la gestion de l’Administration du Personnel Vous participez à la gestion quotidienne de l'administration du personnel (rédaction des contrats et avenants, suivi administratif des périodes d'essai, gestion des absences, congés, arrêts maladie, suivi du temps de travail, tenue des dossiers, etc.) dans un souci constant de fiabilité et de conformité. - Préparation et suivi de la Paie Vous participez à la collecte, à la vérification et à la saisie des variables de paie dans le système (commissions des commerciaux, tickets restaurant, etc.). - Mise à jour des tableaux de bord sociaux Vous veillez à l'application des obligations légales (suivi médical, documents obligatoires, registres, etc.) et participez à la mise à jour des procédures internes. Vous mettez également à jour les tableaux de bord RH. - Gestion des arrivées et des sorties des collaborateurs Vous contribuez à la gestion administrative des arrivées et des départs : visites médicales, formalités d'embauche, dossiers, affiliations, déclarations diverses, rédaction des documents de sortie etc. Ces missions évolueront naturellement selon les besoins et les projets de la société. Votre profil : Formation Bac + 3 - spécialité en ressources humaines ou en droit social – connaissances juridiques RH de base, la connaissance du droit social luxembourgeois et des processus RH au Luxembourg est un plus, Expérience de 1 à 3 ans sur des sujets RH dont une première expérience en paie, Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, Word, etc.), La connaissance des outils Wisal et Bamboo HR est un plus, Bonnes capacités d’organisation et rigueur dans la gestion des tâches administratives, Aptitude à travailler en équipe et à gérer des priorités, Excellente communication, Autonomie, adaptabilité, proactivité et sens de l'analyse.
