Description du poste Nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire RH de niveau Master 2 pour intégrer l’équipe RH de la Business Unit Défense et Sécurité, et appréhender l’ensemble des facettes du métier de chargé(e) RH. Support RH opérationnel & accompagnement des managers: Accompagnement quotidien des chargées RH dans la gestion de leur périmètre, Réponses de premier niveau aux collaborateurs (RH de proximité), Suivi des périodes d’essai, de l’intégration et des départs des collaborateurs, Préparation et participation aux entretiens collaborateurs pouvant être en binôme avec les managers, Contribution à la gestion des carrières et de la mobilité interne. 2.
