Ce renfort se justifie notamment par le besoin d'enrichir l'accompagnement de nos équipes RH et par la structuration du service, dans un environnement multi sociétés en pleine organisation. Vos missions principales seront les suivantes : Piloter certains dossiers de droit social selon l'activité du service et participer aux conseils juridiques auprès des équipes RH, Formaliser les procédures et éventuels modes opératoires, Participer à des projets structurants à impact social Participer aux relations collectives du travail : définition des ordres du jour des CSE, rédaction d'accords, suivi des mandats, élections professionnelles Participer à la structuration du service, des bases de données dans un souci de service aux RRH Conseil en matière de gestion sociale : Piloter certains dossiers de droit social selon l'activité du service et participer aux conseils juridiques auprès des opérationnels et RRH, Formaliser les procédures et éventuels modes opératoires, Participer à des projets de transferts de personnel, de définition de nouveaux statuts sociaux...
