We’re seeking an experienced and versatile Web Developer & Digital Marketer to join our team in Glasgow. This role is perfect for a creative problem-solver who can balance technical proficiency with a strategic marketing mindset. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining WordPress websites, managing digital marketing campaigns, and providing IT support for internal teams.
You’ll work in a fast-paced environment across a range of exciting projects, helping businesses grow by delivering high-performing websites, managing PPC and SEO campaigns, and ensuring smooth digital operations.
Key Responsibilities
Website Development:
Build, maintain, and improve WordPress websites using Elementor.
Develop custom solutions using HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript.
Implement responsive designs and optimise websites for speed and performance.
Digital Marketing:
Create and manage PPC campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
Drive organic growth through SEO strategy and content optimisation.
Build email campaigns and automations using ActiveCampaign.
Automation & Integration:
Set up workflows and automations using tools like Zapier (preferable).
Integrate various marketing and CRM platforms to streamline operations.
IT Support:
Provide general IT support for colleagues, solving day-to-day challenges related to hardware, software, and network issues.
Creative & Design:
Use Photoshop to create and edit visual content for websites, ads, and social media campaigns.
Preferred understanding of Python an applied Data Science for working with existing predictive analytics and algorithms.
The role is office based Monday to friday 40 hour per week.
Upon completion of 3 month probationary period a bonus scheme will be introduced.
Job Type: Full-time
