You'll report to an Engineering Manager who's invested in your growth, gives you real feedback, and creates the conditions for you to do your best work. In this role, you'll shape high-velocity technical decisions across product, design, and engineering to deliver real value to users. AI is part of the toolkit here, you use it actively, you know when to reach for it, and you hold the bar on what ships.
