Job Description We are looking for a Labourer – Loader Operator to join our team in Drummondville. We are seeking a candidate with experience operating a loader who is interested in a versatile role within our recycling yard. The incumbent will participate in the receipt, sorting, and shipment of ferrous metals while also operating a loader to move, load, and organize materials on site. This position combines equipment operation with hands-on manual work. We are looking for someone who enjoys both operating machinery and actively participating in daily site operations. What you will be responsible for : Greet customers and apply established receiving procedures; Receive, unload, manually sort, and inspect ferrous metals; Identify different types of metals and assess their quality; Operate a loader as needed to move, load, and organize materials on site; Use other equipment such as forklifts and various industrial tools when required; Maintain a clean, safe work environment in compliance with health and safety standards; Perform any other related tasks to support site operations.
