Position Summary We are seeking a proactive and observant Live Video Monitoring Operator to support real-time video intelligence operations focused on crime prevention, threat deterrence, and incident response. This role blends technology-enabled monitoring, analytical thinking, and rapid decision-making in a control-room environment. You will identify emerging risks, intervene using on-site audio deterrence when appropriate, and coordinate response actions, including communication with law enforcement when required. Ideal for someone who stays calm under pressure, thinks critically, and takes decisive action in fast-paced situations. Schedule & Hours Schedule: Monday–Friday | 20:00–04:00 (overnight) Overtime: Occasional, based on operational needs Wage: $23.25 per hour. Advancement to $25.25 once experience threshold met.
