As a Deskside Apprentice, you’ll be embedded on-site with our NHS client (CNWL), gaining hands-on experience supporting a wide range of IT systems and users. Over the course of the 2-year program, you’ll rotate between two key areas: Deskside Field Support and End User Device Management (EUDM) – giving you broad exposure and real-world experience.
