EXPERIENCE:

• Degree with strong analytical background
• Likely to have strategy experience gained through consultancy or corporate strategy or business analytical roles
• Experience dealing with complex and ambiguous business environments
• Experience working collaboratively in cross functional teams
• Good organisation, planning and prioritisation skills, with strong attention to detail

PURPOSE:

To provide first class information gathering, analysis and insight for the company on strategic issues. To work on a range of strategic projects, directly with functions across the company or with sensitive external relationships. As the role will be directly serving the Exec strategy agenda, it will likely involve directly supporting and working with senior leaders in the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and deliver high quality analysis of our client’s business, industry and competitive context in an independent manner
• Lead communication, concise presentations and engagement on strategic topics with audiences across the company including the Exec, other senior managers or external audiences
• Develop our client’s insight into changes in their customers, industry and context. Work with Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Strategy to provide regular updates to senior leaders in a digestible way.
• Participate in strategic projects and act as a leading analyst across the function on a range of issues or projects.
• Provide analytical support to our client’s business plan submissions to the CAA
• Supporting the communication of the corporate strategy and engaging business colleagues to build understanding of our client’s future direction
