Job Description
Are you ready to shape the future of talent in a fast-paced, people-first business?
We’re looking for a strategic, forward-thinking Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Venues team and play a pivotal role in transforming how we attract, hire, and retain top talent.

Please note: these roles are field based and will including regular travel to sites, within your assigned region and regional operations meetings to foster deep stakeholder relationships and deliver strategic talent solutions.

  • You’ll partner closely with your manager, the Venues People Director, and HR Business Partners to drive and deliver the Talent Acquisition strategy across the business. Your role will be pivotal in translating strategic intent into tangible hiring outcomes, ensuring execution is timely, targeted, and aligned with business priorities.
  • As a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to the Senior Leadership Team and their wider functions, you’ll take full ownership of all management-level hiring across the business unit, ensuring delivery is seamless, proactive, and consistently meets stakeholder expectations.
  • You’ll champion transformation within the recruitment function, working alongside your manager and the Venues SLT to implement innovative, scalable improvements to the end-to-end recruitment process. Your focus will be on enhancing delivery efficiency, elevating candidate and hiring manager experience, and embedding a best-in-class service model.
  • Your remit will include market mapping for critical business areas, building robust talent pipelines that anticipate future needs. You’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand workforce and succession plans, playing a key role in delivering against talent gaps with precision and agility.

Qualifications
-

Proven recruitment delivery across multi-site environments within retail, hospitality, or leisure sectors, with a strong track record of filling roles efficiently and at scale & volume.

  • Transformation-focused mindset, with a passion for streamlining processes and driving alignment across complex, matrixed organisations.
  • Strategic succession planning expertise, including building and maintaining high-quality talent pipelines to meet current and future business needs.
  • Multitasking proficiency, managing end-to-end recruitment delivery, confidential executive searches, and concurrent project work with precision and discretion.
  • Advanced sourcing capabilities, leveraging tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, Chrome extensions, and multi-channel strategies to identify and engage senior-level talent.
  • ATS and candidate management system fluency, with a commitment to maintaining high data integrity and optimizing system usage for reporting and tracking.
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills, ensuring clarity, consistency, and efficiency across all recruitment touchpoints.
  • Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to influence, advise, and partner effectively across all levels of the business.
  • High-performance mindset, combining a drive to deliver results with a collaborative, positive, and solutions-oriented approach.
