• A proactive, target-driven approach with the ability to spot sales opportunities.
• IT literate with experience using stock/order management systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Salesperson to join our team in the automotive sector. This role combines excellent customer service with proactive sales activity. As well as assisting walk-in and existing trade customers, you will make outbound calls to identify new business opportunities and grow our customer base.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and supply the correct automotive parts to trade and retail customers.
• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Make proactive outgoing calls to garages, workshops, and other potential customers to promote products and services.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Process sales orders accurately using internal systems.
• Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and support inventory control.
• Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets.
