Responsibilities Customer AI and Security Strategy Leadership Understand and document customer business objectives, technology landscape, and AI and Security strategy. Lead the development of a Secure AI Assessment and maintain a living technology roadmap. Build trusted relationships with C-level technology and innovation executives, driving increased NSAT and ATQ scores. Facilitate Executive Technology Briefings to align Microsoft’s solutions with Barclays’ strategic priorities. Drive Operational and Commercial Excellence Ensure a robust qualified pipeline, with emphasis on AI design wins, Copilot adoption, and security solutions. Lead technical governance and unblock consumption challenges across solution areas. Build and execute MACC consumption plans in collaboration with team Drive Azure resiliency and optimisation aligned to customers’ needs. Technology Leadership Across Microsoft Orchestrate internal and partner technical teams to deliver excellence and customer outcomes. Share customer win stories and best practices across the global ATS community. Champion continuous learning, especially in AI and Security, and complete all required training.
