You’ll bring hands-on experience with spray foam application, equipment operation, and job site safety to residential and light commercial projects. What You’ll Do: Review work orders, blueprints, and job specifications before starting each project. Apply spray foam insulation to walls, ceilings, attics, crawlspaces, and roofs, controlling spray pattern and thickness to meet R-value requirements. Inspect job sites for safe access and prepare the area with barriers, tarps, and ventilation systems. Set up and maintain spray foam equipment, including proportioners, hoses, and spray guns. Prepare surfaces by cleaning, drying, taping off, and repairing cracks or holes. Trim and finish foam for clean, professional results. Perform routine equipment cleaning, calibration, and troubleshooting to ensure proper function. What You Need: Prior experience as a Spray Foam Technician or in insulation installation. Knowledge of spray foam equipment, chemicals, and application techniques. Familiarity with PPE and safety procedures (respirators, suits, gloves, goggles).
