Here at Fore! Everyone Golf and Multisport, we pride ourselves on offering the best indoor golf and multisport experience with full table service, cold beer, the comfort food of your dreams, and friendly, professional staff. We are a privately owned indoor golf facility using HD Golf Simulators, fully licensed with food and drinks available. After 4 years of business, we have established an amazing relationship with the residents of Stratford and surrounding areas.
We are approaching our fifth Fall season and looking to expand our team in preparation for our busy season.
Some things to keep in mind when asking yourself if this is the job for you:
This position is so much more than just a server. During your shift you fill multiple roles: setting up the simulators for each booking and teaching new customers how to use them, as well as serving and taking food and drink orders while also making all drinks and food for your designated section. All drinks and food are designed to be able to prepare while balancing other tasks. Our kitchen equipment is all automatic and designed to make your job easier and everything can be cooked in 10 minutes or less.
While on shift, you will also be responsible for the cleanliness and appearance of our facility, which includes cleaning the bar, kitchen, bathrooms and simulators.
While this may sound like a lot to balance, it is important to keep in mind that most bookings range from 2-6 hours each, opposed to most serving jobs with quick turnover times.

Responsibilities:

• Make sure simulators and area are ready for each booking
• Serve customers
• Help assist customers with the setup of simulators
• Make and serve all drinks and food (all cooking? equipment is automatic)
• Clean tables and area
• Ensure kitchen and bar are kept clean throughout each shift
• Follow cleaning checklists
• Make sure washrooms are kept clean throughout shift
• Help with reserving bookings

Qualifications:

• Must have smart serve
• At least one year of serving experience
• Must be comfortable and able to open and close alone
• Great at multitasking
• Excellent customer service (be comfortable with engaging with guests and regulars)
• Must be able to follow orders from management even when working alone

Every staff must have their Smart Serve and Food Safety Certifications. Food Safety will be provided if needed.
