Stellenbeschreibung Als Regional Sales Team Manager (m/w/d) übernimmst Du die Führung und Weiterentwicklung deines regionalen Vertriebsteams und setzt gemeinsam mit ihnen klare Ziele konsequent um. Die Umsetzung der Vertriebsstrategie in deiner Region gestaltest du aktiv mit – in enger Abstimmung mit der Vertriebsleitung und mit Blick auf nachhaltiges Wachstum. Qualifikationen Du bringst ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaft, Naturwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit, die dich für anspruchsvolle Vertriebsaufgaben rüstet. Deine mehrjährige Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb – idealerweise in der Umweltanalytik oder im Laborumfeld – zeigt, dass du komplexe Kundenstrukturen souverän betreust.
