Whether you're orchestrating product-agnostic campaigns like KYC, T&Cs, and CX enhancements, or leading go-to-market strategy for our Daily Banking portfolio, you’ll be driving measurable outcomes with a customer-first mindset. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Digital, Brand, Legal, and external agencies to deliver integrated campaigns that are bold, compliant, and unmistakably ING. Ready to make an impact? What you’ll do Marketing Manager – Projects (6-month contract) Lead flawless execution of product-agnostic initiatives including KYC, T&Cs, Notices of Change, and remediation communications. Manage cross-functional collaboration with Product, Digital, Brand, Contact Centre, and external agencies. Ensure compliance and regulatory controls are met, with audit-ready documentation and approvals. Oversee budgets, vendor relationships, and campaign performance to deliver on time and on budget. Marketing Manager – Daily Banking (6-month parental cover) Develop go-to-market strategy and integrated campaigns for the Daily Banking portfolio. Translate customer insights and product features into compelling, customer-first messaging. Coordinate multi-channel marketing across owned, paid, and earned media to drive engagement. Optimise campaign performance using data, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
