About the Role

Join the team and take ownership of the home of the world’s most creative underwear brand at Sunshine Plaza.

As our Retail Store Manager, you’ll make sure the store looks unreal, runs smoothly and performs at its best every day. You’ll lead and support your team, manage rostering, create a standout customer experience, drive sales and KPIs, oversee visual merchandising, product launches, inventory and all the little details that keep the store humming.

This isn’t a role for someone who wants to wait around for instructions. You’ll own it.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead, coach and motivate the retail team to hit KPIs, drive sales and deliver a standout customer experience.
• Own the day-to-day running of the Sunshine Plaza store, including rostering, timesheets, wage budgets and store standards.
• Recruit, onboard and train a strong team that represents the Knobby brand.
• Track sales and KPIs, spot opportunities and share clear recommendations with Head Office.
• Oversee visual merchandising, product launches and in-store campaigns.
• Manage stock levels, replenishment and inventory accuracy with our warehouse team.
• Build strong customer relationships, gather feedback and keep improving the in-store experience.
• Work closely with Head Office to bring campaigns, processes and ideas to life in-store.
• Be a brilliant ambassador for Knobby, every day.

About You

• You’ve got solid retail experience and have led or supervised a team before.
• You’re confident coaching people, setting expectations and keeping standards high.
• You’re customer-obsessed and know how to create a great in-store experience.
• You’re commercially minded and comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs.
• You’re organised, reliable and good at juggling priorities without dropping the ball.
• You understand the basics of visual merchandising, stock control and day-to-day retail operations.
• You’re confident with digital tools and pick up new systems quickly.
• Experience with Shopify and Shopify POS is a big plus.
• Most importantly, you genuinely love the Knobby brand and want to help make the store better.

The Nitty-Gritty

• Full-time, 38 hours per week on a rotating roster, including a guaranteed three-day weekend every fourth week.
• Salary from $70,000–$75,000 + super.
• Based at our Sunshine Plaza store.
• Occasional visits to our Head Office in Chevallum.
