You will solve complex problems in content delivery, ensuring materials are tailored to the team’s technical and industry-specific needs. Program Lifecycle Ownership: Drive the entire lifecycle of enablement programs—from ideation and content creation to delivery and measurement—with a focus on driving efficiency and measurable results. Technical Bridge: Bridge the gap between technical product releases and commercial needs. You will serve as a thought leader, creating consumable materials that simplify complex product updates for various audiences. Strategic Collaboration: Actively contribute to team decision-making by collaborating with stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Sales Leadership, RevOps) to identify and proactively address learning gaps. Consultative Partnership: Serve as a consulting partner to local leaders, delivering localised programming and supporting team decisions with data-backed insights. Impact Analysis: Track and analyse the impact of enablement initiatives. You will develop creative solutions to business challenges by using data to identify areas for improvement and refine our approach.
