ABOUT US:

Concierge Care Advisors (CCA) is a nationally recognized leader in senior placement and advisory services. We are expanding rapidly and need a marketing professional who can wear multiple hats and help shape the voice, visibility, and impact of our brand.

POSITION SUMMARY:

We’re seeking a highly versatile Marketing & Content Specialist who can drive branding, visibility, and lead generation through graphic design, SEO, website management, and content strategy. This role is ideal for a creative, organized self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and enjoys doing meaningful work that helps families navigate senior care.

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of marketing experience with a strong portfolio of work
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Google Analytics, and SEO tools
  • Excellent writing and editing skills (grammar, tone, voice)
  • Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms for a brand
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects with minimal oversight
  • Experience working in healthcare, senior services, or mission-driven environments is a plu
Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Branding

  • Design and produce high-impact digital assets (ads, infographics, brochures, social posts, presentations)
  • Maintain brand consistency across all materials

Website & SEO (WordPress)

  • Maintain and optimize the CCA WordPress site (updates, plugins, blog posts, landing pages)
  • Implement SEO best practices and track performance (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Yoast, etc.)

Content Creation & Management

  • Write and edit compelling content for blogs, landing pages, newsletters, and ads
  • Develop content calendars aligned with our campaigns and target audiences

Social Media Strategy

  • Manage and grow CCA’s presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Create content (posts, reels, stories) and engage with our audience
  • Monitor analytics and adjust strategy for reach and engagement

Marketing Support

  • Assist with email marketing campaigns and drip sequences
  • Help create presentations and branded materials for advisors and stakeholders
  • Support digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta) as needed

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of marketing experience with a strong portfolio of work
