The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the asphalt paving industry, exceptional sales expertise, and a proven history of surpassing sales targets. You will collaborate closely with both the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution, ensuring client satisfaction from initial contact to project completion. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company goals and exceed revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities while building and nurturing relationships with both potential and existing clients. Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer needs. Manage key client accounts, ensuring exceptional service and proactively addressing issues. Deliver persuasive sales presentations and tailored proposals to secure new business and foster strong partnerships. Collaborate with operations and project management teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and client satisfaction.
