• Excellent phone etiquette for managing customer inquiries over the phone.

• Ability to upsell products while maintaining genuine customer relationships.

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly, as well as Building client relations within the salon.
• Utilize upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of product features and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
• Handle transactions accurately, including processing payments
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards.
• Maintaining daily cleanliness throughout the salon, which is a big part of providing a consistently clean environment for our clients.
• Using our washer and dryer to wash, dry, and fold towels for clients use.
