The role partners closely with Corporate Communications to align marketing initiatives with earned media efforts and broader brand objectives. \n ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 360 Strategy & Campaign Leadership Own integrated marketing strategy Develop campaign frameworks rooted in clear objectives, target audiences, KPIs, and measurable outcomes. Ensure alignment between creative, corporate comms, loyalty, property marketing, and brand partnership teams for seamless execution. Paid Media & Performance Marketing Lead digital paid media strategy including paid social, search, and campaign boosting, as well as test and learn channel strategies (e.g., CTV, programmatic, etc.) Partner with agency and internal teams to optimize performance against visitation, engagement, and revenue goals. Monitor performance data and provide actionable recommendations for budget allocation and optimization.
