THE STRENGTHS AND SKILLS THAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED

• 10+ years of IT experience (preferably in Production Support)
• 5+ years of management experience
• Functional knowledge of retail banking, Regulatory reporting, AML and compliance
• Knowledge of Surveillance, Cybersecurity and Compliance areas
• Good knowledge of ITIL processes
• Knowledge of Unix and Windows environments and Microsoft Azure Cloud fundamentals
• Good expertise with web applications (Business Object, OBIEE, Qlik-View etc.)
• Good expertise with data warehousing and reporting technologies
• Hands on experience for Regulatory reporting, Audit and other compliance related areas
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal), including stakeholder management
• Good organizational skills
• Good MS office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Professional attitude and good interpersonal behavior
• Autonomy and adaptability;
• Proactively takes the initiative
• Global financial products knowledge
• Project management skills
• Given the vast majority of our clients, both internal and external, are based outside of Quebec and Canada, specific language requirements may apply. Knowledge of the English is required.
