Marketing Coordinator
Location: Mississauga
Hours: 30–35 hours/week to start, with potential to increase based on business needs
Compensation: Equivalent of $60,000–$65,000 annually

We’re hiring a Marketing Coordinator with a flair for creativity and digital strategy to support marketing initiatives for a dynamic and growing company. This is a hands-on role with room to grow, offering flexible hours and the opportunity to shape and execute real campaigns across multiple platforms.
What You’ll Do

As a key member of the marketing team, you’ll:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Coordinate partner marketing initiatives and provide business development support
• Manage creative assets using tools like Canva and Photoshop
• Organize events and trade shows, from planning to on-site support
• Assist with general marketing operations and admin support as needed

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital content creation
• Industry experience in real estate, residential construction, interior design, or architecture is a plus, but not required
• Strong digital skills and creativity — ability to conceptualize, design, and manage social content
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Canva, and similar tools
• Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills
• Self-starter with a collaborative attitude and great attention to detail
