What We’re Looking For: * Minimum of 5 years in an account management or equivalent, account director or customer success role, or 5 years at a principal consultant level in similar professional services environment or other agreed relevant experience. * Advanced communication skills - Account directors must have the ability to communicate through verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation and influencing skills.
