This role requires flexibility to support multiple medical office locations as needed, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent patient service. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide administrative support across various medical office locations on a rotating or as-needed basis. * Coordinate patient scheduling, registration, and check-in/check-out processes efficiently. * Manage patient records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations. * Serve as a liaison between patients, medical staff, and external vendors to facilitate communication and resolve issues. * Assist with billing, insurance verification, and processing patient payments. * Maintain office supplies and equipment, coordinating with vendors for timely replenishment and repairs. * Support the implementation of office policies and procedures to improve workflow and patient experience. * Handle phone inquiries and direct calls appropriately, providing excellent customer service at all times.
