Primary Responsibilities Participate and produce various deliverables in line with the project needs; Work in multidisciplinary project teams, produce and sign off deliverables; Work with the Department Lead to pursue new business opportunities with new and/or existing clients Assist stakeholders in proposal writing and fee estimates Coach, guide and mentor junior engineers on the team Collaboratively support business/operations through sound management of value, risk, content, communication, knowledge & resources Provide expertise in Capital and Operating projects Ensuring compliance to Health & Safety, as well as all other regulations & policies Development & implementation of budgets Partake in site surveys Qualifications Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent 8+ years of engineering design experience within mining, heavy industrial or related industries. P.Eng designation or eligible to become a P.Eng within Canada Proven organizational, analytical & problem-solving skills; Able to multi-task, meet deadlines, self-motivate, and adapt to change; Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with all levels.
