TITLE: Corporate Recruiter
REPORTING TO: Compliance Manager
DAYS/HOURS: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break
Pay Rate: Salary $50,000 to $70,000
POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Corporate Recruiter within the construction industry, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent to support the company’s growth and project demands. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and culture. This role requires close collaboration with hiring managers and department leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to the construction sector. You will also contribute to employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in a competitive labor market. Ultimately, your efforts will directly impact the company’s ability to deliver high-quality construction projects by building a skilled and motivated workforce.

Additionally, analytical skills allow you to assess recruitment data, identify trends, and continuously refine sourcing strategies to attract the best talent.
