Description Beautiful Interlachen Country Club located in Winter Park, FL has openings for full-time experienced line cooks in our Main Clubhouse and various outlets. Currently undergoing a full Golf renovation, we are excited to re-open our 18-hole Championship Golf Course and brand new Golf Clubhouse which will include two new dining outlets. SUMMARY: As a member of the Kitchen Culinary Team, you will set up and maintain your work station for lunch and/or dinner service. Line Cooks will work as a team with each other as well as with servers and supervisors to ensure all orders are accurate and prepared in a timely manner. RESPONSIBILITIES: Preps and stocks all items needed to assemble regular menu selections in addition to the weekly specials. Uses standardized recipes and presentation photos as guidelines to prepare Kitchen menu items and specials. Cross-train on all Kitchen stations: Pantry, Grill, Flat, and Prep. Label and stock all ingredients on shelves so they can always be organized and easily accessible. Maintains cleanliness of coolers, countertops, fryer, grill, and char-broiler on a daily basis. Perform utility duties when a utility staff member is not scheduled. Conducts self in a proper manner due to open nature of the kitchen. COMPENSATION: Competitive based on experience.
