How our Recovery Colleagues spend their day… Our colleagues start each day energized and prepared - wearing their name badge, saying hello to their coworkers, making sure the sales floor is clean, organized, and ready for customers. They review their goals, new arrivals, top sellers, and promotions to stay informed and ready to sell. On the floor, they focus on the customer - offering a warm welcome, making eye contact, and creating friendly, personal conversations to create an experience to bring the customers back. Throughout the day, they maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and supporting any needed merchandise moves. They always Finish Strong - sharing our Loyalty program benefits, making sure customers have all they need, and ending with a sincere thank-you, often walking the package around and using the customer’s name.
