Campaigns, Content & Consumer Engagement •    Lead consumer marketing campaigns across social media, digital advertising, email marketing, and influencer partnerships. •    Own creative direction for brand storytelling across marketing channels. •    Develop inspiring culinary content—including recipes, cooking inspiration, and food storytelling that connects consumers with rice in new ways. Culinary Content & Kitchen Days •    Lead hands-on Kitchen Days to develop recipes, capture food photography and video content, and generate consumer inspiration. •    Translate culinary content into marketing campaigns, social media storytelling, and retailer support materials. Insights & Data-Driven Marketing •    Analyze retail performance using tools like IRI or similar data platforms. •    Turn consumer and market insights into actionable marketing strategies. •    Provide clear reporting and recommendations that guide brand growth. Website Development and Maintenance •    Lead website strategy and development for consumer and customer-facing audiences •    Utilize SEO for website and content optimization •    Establish and maintain reporting metrics for all web-related activities through GA4 and other platforms Product Launches & Sales Enablement •    Help develop go-to-market strategies for product launches and seasonal marketing initiatives. •    Create compelling sales materials including product sheets, insights decks, and marketing collateral. •    Ensure brand messaging aligns across marketing, sales, and eCommerce channels.
