The Opportunity
The Bottle Shop Liquor Store is looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Sales Associate to join our team. Experience is preferred but not necessary – we are looking for someone with the same passion for food, drinks and the hospitality industry as we have!
What You’ll Do:
· Cash handling
· Customer service
· Inventory control
· Stock receiving and replenishing
· Daily store maintenance
· Other duties as assigned
What You Have:
· 2+ years of experience in working in a liquor store or restaurant setting is preferred.
· Knowledge of and interest in liquor products is an asset.
· Must be the age of majority to serve alcoholic beverages with a valid Serving it Right certificate.
· Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Basic computer and POS experience.
· Previous exposure to inventory control procedures and counts.
· Availability to work on weekends and evenings.
· Must be legally authorized to work in Canada to be considered.
