Are you passionate about planning, coordinating, and delivering training programs tailored to diverse partners? Do you excel at recommending learning interventions based on partner needs? In this role, you will help ensure that the GSX Enablement and Change programs are delivered seamlessly and are of the highest quality to support our learning operations. You will play a key role in evaluating partner needs, designing and recommending learning solutions, and supporting the execution of best-in-class enablement programs. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to take charge of intakes, assessments, and projects, which include defining learning objectives, creating scope, developing plans, managing resources, and guiding the execution process.
