Lead and oversee the wedding and social events segment, developing unique, bold, and experiential concepts reflective of the RED identity. Support Outside Catering growth through proactive sales strategies, community partnerships, and market outreach. Create dynamic, creative offerings for celebrations, social gatherings, corporate off-site events, and lifestyle experiences. Participate in annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and revenue planning for Meetings & Events and Catering segments. Develop and implement strategies where key sales metrics, pipelines, and performance indicators are identified, tracked, and optimized. Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of sales activities, leads, conversions, and market performance. Review business performance and provide recommendations that support financial growth and commercial success. Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, anticipate customer requirements, and refine offerings.
