City Launch Playbook: Du entwickelst ein skalierbares Playbook für Club-Eröffnungen in neuen Städten — lokale PR, Influencer-Aktivierung, Eröffnungsevents, Partnerschaften mit lokalen Sportvereinen und Kulturakteuren.
