Key Responsibilities Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate organisational and specific resourcing needs Support senior HR colleagues in the management and resolution of workplace relations matters including formal and informal workplace grievances/disputes Draft documentation (letters, contract clauses etc.) Work under direction relating to enterprise agreement negotiations, basic to intermediate investigations and FWC cases Provide considered and appropriate operational HR advice on a variety of workplace relations matters and assists more junior colleagues in interpreting and applying HR Policies and Procedures Effectively apply compensation and benefits strategies to support organisational objectives, analyse market trends and develop competitive compensation packages Manage and oversee all activities related to the employee lifecycle, including HR inductions and onboarding programs, probationary period reviews and employee exits.
