Join Novartis as a Global Program Regulatory Director (GPRD) and play a pivotal role in shaping the global regulatory strategy for innovative medicines that have the potential to transform patients' lives. In this highly visible leadership role, you will influence critical development and commercialization decisions, guide complex Health Authority interactions, and bring together global stakeholders to navigate regulatory challenges and unlock opportunities. Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role: £83,510 to £155,090
The base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters.
