This is a critical "cleanup" and validation project to ensure revenue integrity across different solutions. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Supervise a team of 4 Analysts, providing guidance on complex data discrepancies and ensuring the team hits weekly audit targets. 3-Way Systems Audit: Lead the complex manual reconciliations between Product Activation logs, Salesforce records, and Billing Systems. Escalation Management: Act as the main point of contact for the Sr. Director of Operations to report on progress, roadblocks, and data trends.
