ABOUT THE ROLE

Do you enjoy engaging with people, answering questions, and making complex information easy to understand? As a Vehicle Experience Specialist, you’ll help customers explore our impressive selection of new and pre-owned Mitsubishi vehicles, guiding them through features, technology, and options so they can make informed decisions.
This is not a commission-based sales role. Instead, you’ll focus on providing product knowledge, assisting with the vehicle selection process, and ensuring every guest has a comfortable, stress-free visit. Your contribution to supporting customers can earn you bonus pay, rewarding your expertise and exceptional service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet customers warmly in person, over the phone, or online.
• Provide accurate, easy-to-understand information about our vehicles and features.
• Answer general inquiries about the dealership, services, and inventory.
• Guide customers through our showroom and lot, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed.
• Direct guests to the appropriate department or team member as needed.
• Support the vehicle acquisition process by assisting with product demonstrations.
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and inviting environment in all customer areas.
• Manage incoming calls and emails promptly and courteously.
• Assist with light administrative and follow-up tasks related to customer visits.
