The staffing manager directly impacts the largest team in our community, the clinical team. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining the clinical staff schedule, as well as managing community orientation and training compliance. Additionally, you will assist with interviewing and hiring new clinical team members. Responds promptly to call lights from residents. Assists in monitoring department staffing budget. Shares manager on-call duties as required. Qualifications: Minimum 1 year experience creating and maintaining a schedule for a large team, preferably in a health care setting Experience with scheduling software, and Microsoft office Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Due to the nature of the work performed by Ascent Living Communities, and that this position works with a vulnerable population, we do require a criminal background check be completed Pay: $58,000 to $60,000 annual salary, based on experience
