In this role, you’ll support the execution of strategic partnerships, innovation programs, and ecosystem engagement projects—contributing to CIC’s mission to strengthen Berlin’s innovation community and support the growth of startups and corporates alike.

• Leading the design and execution of innovation programs, community partnerships, and ecosystem engagement projects.
• Handling event logistics, partnering with key community members, and staying engaged in the local innovation scene.
• Coordinating meetings, program activities, and project timelines with clients and partners.
• Managing documentation, research, and preparation of client-facing materials.
• Leading the delivery of corporate-startup engagement initiatives, advisory services, and ecosystem-building events.
• Advising in the development of proposals, presentations, and reports for prospective and existing clients.
• Contributing to business development efforts by supporting pipeline management and partner engagement.
• Building and maintaining relationships with startups, corporates, research institutions, and ecosystem actors.
• Collaborating with CIC Berlin’s Ecosystem Services team, General Manager, and other departments to ensure program success
