TEMPORARY POSITION STARTING MID JUNE TO COVER HOLIDAY, APPROX. 8 WEEKS
Our client in Cardiff is looking for an experienced Clinic Coordinator/Administrator to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis. This role may go permanent for the right candidate.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Meet and greet visitors as they come into the building.
· Provide secretarial and administrative support to the team.
· Register new patients over the phone and input data onto the system.
· Interact with clients and maintain a good working relationship.
· Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments for clients.
· Liaise with the clinical team and make them aware of any daily appointments.
· Assist with invoicing and billing as required.
· Gain a wide understanding of the organisation’s protocols in order to provide correct information to any client queries.
· Ensure all stock including stationery and equipment is maintained and available.
