About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales consultant to join our team. This role involves working directly with clients, showcasing our premium tableware and decor products, and supporting both B2B and retail operations in a dynamic and growing market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent support and assistance to clients to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our luxury product range and assist clients in making informed decisions.
  • Sales Management: Handle inquiries, process orders, and ensure smooth client communication.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and product launches to better serve client needs.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in luxury goods, retail, or the HoReCa industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in English (required); additional language skills in Arabic are an advantage.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Familiarity with the Dubai hospitality market is a plus.

What We Offer

  • The position offers a guaranteed basic salary of AED 6,000 per month, plus performance-based commission. The average total monthly earnings (basic salary + commission) are approximately AED 15,000 and above, depending on individual performance.
