Missions : Assure le suivi, l’interface et le pilotage des prestataires de services aux occupants, de maintenance technique des bâtiments et de sureté/sécurité ; S’assure de la bonne mise en œuvre du process de suivi règlementaire via le pilotage des prestataires dédiés (mainteneur technique, bureau de contrôle, maintenance des moyens de secours) sur les sites dont il/elle a sur la charge ; Est garant de la mise en œuvre et du respect de la politique immobilière groupe en matière de suivi des risques, de conformité réglementaire, de performance opérationnelle et de performance environnementale ; Effectue la veille documentaire, et la gestion administrative sur son activité. Activités principales : Accompagne les utilisateurs EGIS et répond à leurs attentes en matière de continuité d’activité, et de confort au poste de travail ; Communique en temps réel et s’assure de la satisfaction des utilisateurs, à l’aide des outils de communication et de suivi des demandes d’interventions mis en œuvre ; Pilote au quotidien les prestataires dans la réalisation des demandes d’intervention des utilisateurs, de la réalisation des tâches opérationnelles et de la gestion des incidents ; Participe et anime les réunions de revue d’activité avec les prestataires ; Pilote le suivi de la performance opérationnelle, à travers la revue mensuelle d’indicateurs de seuil de qualité, et s’assure de la mise en œuvre des plans d’action correctifs ; Réalise des contrôles qualité des prestations ; Participe au suivi de la bonne réalisation des plans de prévention des risques, s’assure de la bonne tenue des registres de sécurité.
