Inputs accurate census, acuity and staffing data into the scheduling system to generate daily reports, and performs clerical, reception and general office duties. Creates a culture of sensitivity to nurses' needs while filling the patient care bases. Coordinates small program(s) with limited budget/impact. Job Requirements: Education and Work Experience: High School Education/GED or equivalent: Required Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred Essential Functions: Creates, maintains and updates daily staffing sheets, as well as updating the “working” master schedules on a daily basis. Coordinates with bed control to ensure required assignments are staffed. Maintains and updates employee contact information for designated areas. Maintains staff qualifications list.
