Votre mission : En tant que Commercial Leader terrain BtoB, vous aurez pour mission de convaincre les professionnels de vos solutions télécom, internet et cybersécurité, avec évolution vers le management d’une équipe commerciale. Vos missions principales : Phase opérationnelle : Prospecter et développer un portefeuille clients BtoB Identifier les besoins des clients et proposer des solutions adaptées Proposer des solutions adaptées en cycle court (R1/R2) Assurer le suivi des activités commerciales via les outils CRM. Phase managériale : Constituer et former une équipe commerciale. Organiser les réunions et motiver les commerciaux pour atteindre les objectifs. Vous travaillez en collaboration avec l’équipe commerciale et bénéficiez d’une formation complète à nos offres et méthodes de vente. Formation : Une formation de 2 semaines est dispensée au siège à Sophia Antipolis afin de vous former : aux produits télécoms et cybersécurité à nos méthodes commerciales à nos outils Profil recherché : Nous recherchons avant tout un tempérament commercial et leader : Vous aimez prospecter, négocier et convaincre, tout en motivant une équipe vers la réussite. Vous êtes dynamique, persévérant(e) et autonome, avec le goût du challenge et de la performance. Vous appréciez le terrain et le contact client, tout en accompagnant vos commerciaux dans leurs missions. Une première expérience en commerce BtoB et/ou en management d’équipe est un plus.
