Deep understanding of the interdependencies between Operations, Technology, and corporate functions such as Finance, Compliance, and Tax. Strong grasp of methodologies supporting the planning and requirements phases of the SDLC. Knowledge of agile practices and familiarity with collaboration tools such as JIRA and Airtable. Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think both strategically and tactically.
