Job Description As the Senior Manager of Operations, your role will be to manage our Field Operations. You will be accountable for leading the service delivery efforts of our field technicians. Preferred Qualifications for the Senior Manager of Operations * 5+ years of operations or field leadership experience, preferably in telecom or a similar high-volume environment * Proven experience managing teams and driving performance against KPIs and operational metrics * Strong data analysis skills with the ability to identify trends and improve outcomes * Experience leading teams through change, process improvements, and organizational transitions * Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable to performance standards * Working knowledge of compliance, workforce tracking, and time reporting accuracy * Strong communication and relationship-building skills across internal and external stakeholders * Ability to manage multiple priorities, resolve issues quickly, and lead special projects as needed * Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational reporting tools
