CANDIDATE OVERVIEW

We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience:

• Experience of building technology solutions using at least one of the technologies utilised by the team including HighQ (HighQ Doc Auto, workflow and reporting modules), Contract Express and Sharepoint.
• Experience of reporting against KPI’s and complying with processes preferably within professional services is desirable. Ideally this would be in relation to one or more service teams / service desk processes.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to understand and take complex design briefs from an end user.
• Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously as well as working collaboratively with a geographically dispersed team
• Track record of managing multiple overlapping projects and workstreams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of establishing immediate rapport.

We are recruiting a Solutions Configuration Engineer with a specific Portals focus to be involved in developing customer and client solutions using both the existing technology stack (including HighQ, Contract Express and Microsoft technology (Sharepoint, Power BI and the Power Platform)) and technology platforms that may be utilised by the firm in the future.
This role can be based from any of our UK offices and our standard working hours are 9.30am-5.30pm, however, we are happy to consider flexible working requests.
